Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unused, and in original packaging.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, earrings and personalized or custom-made items are non-returnable unless defective.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow processing time for the refund to appear.
